As MMT Grows, Field Technician Team Roles Develop to Better Serve Partners
MMT has seen significant growth in people and capacity over the past couple of years. In early 2022, MMT will move to a new location to better serve its growing client base. The building is located at 8 Erie Drive, Natick, approximately 20 miles from the airport. An open house for the office space will be held in April 2022.
In addition to a new location, several initiatives have been put into place to improve the customer-facing service tea
ms. The roles of MMT’s competent and hard-working technicians have expanded, including facilitating field demonstrations in supporting NDE inspection providers’ use of MMTConnect™ and MMT’s hardness, strength, and ductility (HSD) tester—the HSD 8000.
Colin Caissie and Josh Norman were both promoted to Lead Technicians to oversee this growing field support team. Colin and Josh will contact clients to facilitate discussions at the start of jobs to understand the unique demands of each project. Following these pre-job discussions, a comprehensive quality management system will be presented to ensure accuracy, reliability, and high-quality results throughout the entirety of the project.
