MMT provides on-demand support to users and beneficiaries of the HSD Tester and MMTConnect™. This service ensures operational effectiveness and compliance with quality-of-service and safety standards when used in the field. Included in MMT’s suite of customer support services are ExpertConnect, equipment field kits, and equipment warranty & replacements.

ExpertConnect: On-Demand Technical Support

ExpertConnect is an extension of the HSD Training and Certification Program, providing expert support for using MMT’s HSD Tester and MMTConnect™ software. The goal of these services is to make sure field users efficiently collect complete sets of pipeline data with minimal interruption when executing the HSD process. Available when and where it is needed, ExpertConnect supports teams when collecting data in the field to ensure accurate, usable reporting.

Technical support is regularly available to users Monday-Saturday from 8AM-6PM ET. Outside these business hours, the extended technical support line is available.

Whether you have a question about the HSD field process procedure, resolving technical issues with HSDControl or MMTConnect™, ordering parts or replacements, providing feedback, or coordinating repair or replacement of the HSD hardware, ExpertConnect is at your disposal.

Equipment Field Kits

With every leased or purchased HSD Tester, the equipment field kits include the necessary supplies to perform in-situ NDE inspections. These field kits are fully stocked, so technicians have all the necessary supplies to complete the HSD testing in the field.

MMT’s technical support team can assist end users with replacements or re-ordering consumables as needed to keep the equipment field kits ready for use.

Equipment Warranty & Replacement

MMT’s warranty and replacement policy align with its commitment to excellence in inspection and testing in the field. If replacement or repair is needed for MMT’s HSD technology or hardware, the technical support team is on-call to assist with any issues that may arise.
